This policy covers the OpenSEO application at seo.webwork.nyc, a private SEO reporting tool operated by WebWork NYC ("we"). It is used by its operator to review search and analytics performance for websites the operator manages.
When you connect a Google account, the app requests read-only access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics data for properties that account can view. This includes search queries, clicks, impressions, rankings, page-level traffic and related reporting data.
We store only the OAuth tokens needed to keep the connection active, encrypted at rest, along with the settings that link a Google property to a project. Reporting data is retrieved on demand and is not sold, shared or used for advertising.
The app's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide reporting inside the app. It is not transferred to third parties except as needed to operate the service, and it is not used to train generalized AI models.
You can disconnect Google from the app's Integrations page, or revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of stored data, contact us at the address below.
